For far too long human beings have let society determine their purpose and define their happiness. Has this stopped working for you? It is my belief that most people lead lives that are unfulfilled because they are not living their purpose. Let’s talk about strategies to discover your purpose, uncover your innate gifts, and realize your talents. Then let’s discover ways you can share those gifts with others so that you can move to a life of fulfillment.

Who did the Creator create you to be? What are the collection of gifts that you have to offer the world that no one else can? The world needs your special talent. It is my experience that sharing your special talent in abundance will lead you on a path toward contentment. 

As a people-first person, I have a passion to journey with those seeking to become their best selves.  This passion began with my work in ministry starting in 1996. For over 20 years, I worked meticulously with teens, young adults, volunteers, and families in a joyful drive towards self-discovery.   In 2017, I took that experience with me into several management roles in municipal government where I managed multiple teams to successful outcomes. Working in management I discovered that many people are deeply unhappy living a life that doesn’t connect with their calling, then I realized in that role I had become one of them. At that point I walked away. I needed to find a way to use my gifts and talents to elevate those around me once again. I needed to rediscover my purpose. After some reflection I decided to enroll in a top-level Rutgers University based Heidrick and Struggles Leadership Coaching program where I completed my certification process.  I have re-connected with my passion and my purpose, now it’s your turn.
