Ask John…

What is coaching?

Coaching is a co-active relationship where you and I partner in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential while working toward your stated goal.

What is the difference between a coach and a mentor?

A coach empowers you to unlock the wisdom within yourself. A mentor has experience in the same field and prescribes exactly what to do.

Who can benefit from coaching?

Coaching can benefit anyone who wants to grow, change, or improve in their career.  Professionals seeking elevated growth, people facing transitions, individuals with specific goals, and teams and organizations looking to refresh a vision.

What will I learn from coaching?

Each client sets a “North Star Goal” and we journey towards that in our coaching relationship. There is often great discovery in the collective work toward that goal.

Coaching can help you to discover who you are, who you are called to be. We’ll partner together to align your values with your goal.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Coaching is co-active, meaning we are in this together. Expect a kind and friendly partner to help you journey toward your stated goals. I will ask you specific leading questions at strategic times all while following your lead. You’re in charge, I’m here to help you get to those goals!

Through a series of confidential conversations, we’ll work to unlock your inner potential to solve the problems in front of you: personal, professional, or a combination of both.

What services do you offer?

Individual coaching and group facilitation are available. Professional and personal packages will be tailored to organizations or individual clients based upon initial goal setting.
